NATIONAL TELEVISION
- Klos studios will be on a
segment of "MODERN MASTERS" on the Home and Garden
Cable Network. It will air on FEBRUARY 8, 2000 at 7:30
PM & 10:30 PM. Nancy Smith Klos has been
filmed in her tapestry studio and on location with her
site specific commissioned work. Let us know how you

EXHIBITION AT HER OREGON ZOO

- Nancy Smith Klos is
currently preparing for a one person show "Camouflage"
at the
Oregon
Zoo which will open
First Thursday in June 2000 and run through the end of
July. This show open in conjunction with the opening
of the new STELLAR COVE EXHIBIT AT THE OREGON ZOO
featuring animals from the NW Coast. The "Sculpture
Garden" tapestry by Nancy Klos has been selected for
the poster advertising this exciting new exhibit at

- SEPTEMBER 2000
- Nancy Smith Klos will be
returning for her fourth year to teach at the Sitka
Center for Art and Ecology at Cascade Head, Oregon.
This September Nancy Klos will be offering two three
day workshops entitled"Designing Tapestry: Florals in
the Still Life" & "Tapestry Design and the Silver
Spot Butterfly of Cascade Head" (beginners are
welcome)
